Unable to start the 14-day Trial

If for any reason you are not able to start your 14-day trial period or you get the popup message “Attempted to start the trial too many times. Please purchase a license to run the product”, open the iLok License Manager app, log in with your iLok account, right-click on your trial license and select “Activate”.

If after that you still cannot start using the plug-in, please contact us at support@neuraldsp.com and we will help you in no time.
