A serial number is a unique, identifying group of numbers and letters assigned to an individual Nano Cortex device [NA00AA000].
'About' Menu
Open the Cortex Cloud app on your smartphone.
Go to the Device Screen, tap [...] > Settings, and scroll down to 'About'.
The Nano Cortex's serial number will be displayed below.
Bottom Lid Engraving
The Nano Cortex serial number is engraved on the bottom lid.
Bottom Lid QR Code
Alternatively, you can scan the QR code engraved on the bottom lid. The serial number will be displayed on your smartphone screen.
