Getting back lost activations

In the unlikely case that your computer crashes or your iLok USB dongle is reported stolen, one of your activations might be temporarily lost. First off, Do not worry!

Machine Reset Request

Open the iLok License Manager app, right-click on the location that cannot be accessed anymore to choose “Report as Unusable” in the left-hand sidebar. Fill in the form and hit “Submit Request”. The Neural DSP support team will be notified about this automatically. Machine Reset Requests are usually approved within 24 hours.

Lost iLok USB Dongle Report

If your iLok USB dongle is reported stolen, the first thing to do is to contact PACE/iLok here

After that, contact us at support@neuraldsp.com, send us the PACE/iLok RMA Number assigned to your case and your iLok username. We will revoke your old licenses and deposit new ones immediately.
